King Fern manages and cares for a handpicked collection of holiday homes, most of them in and around Luz and Lagos on the western Algarve, with a penthouse in Funchal, Madeira and a garden flat in St Margarets, Richmond.

Every home is looked after by our own team on the ground — so you arrive to a spotless, well-stocked space, and there's always someone close by if you need anything at all. We keep the collection small on purpose: it's the only way to keep the standard high and the welcome personal.
